Chronic Illness Activity & Symptom Tracker: A Simple Way To Help Pace Yourself

Having a chronic illness can mean changing many things in one’s life to deal with symptoms. One recommendation by specialists and sufferers is learning to pace one’s life every day in order to cope with the symptoms.

Pacing is not an easy thing to do, as your brain can say one thing but your body another. As such I’ve created a new 4-week tracker diary.

This book has been designed for anyone with a chronic illness to help track their activity and symptoms.

Its purpose is to help you understand how activities affect you, and what symptoms you get from them.

This simple to use diary covers four weeks of activity so you can get a rounded view of most of your everyday activities.

Each day is a double page spread for easy viewing.

At the end of each week there is a double page for your observations and notes, and for any targets or goals you would like to achieve. It’s up to you if you want to use this feature.

By the end of the four weeks, you will be able to see a pattern of activity and symptom connections, so you will then be able to understand how you can pace yourself.

It’s available as a paperback and a PDF. For more information please see my book page.
