Have you ever wondered what literary events are happening near you?
Wonder no more as I have compiled a list of literary festivals on my website for the UK and Ireland. There is currently a list of 142 festivals that include writing, poetry, crime, travel writing, and author festivals. This list is by no means exhaustive, but it gives a good idea of what is happening around the country. If you find one not listed, then please contact me via my website contact page.
There is one happening near me in April. This year is the second Bournemouth Writing Festival. So if you are in the locale then take a look at their website. They also have a poetry and flash fiction competition which ends on the 29th February.
